You state you have reached out? Only to tell me there's nothing you can do - that I have to rake the roof for ice and there will be a fee to remove your product.

So what would I achieve by dialing your 800# again? Please don't try make it seem like this is resolved, maybe for you but not me.

I happened to come across them at a trade show, agreed to a quote.

They called and called and called until I finally set a date, have to say the sales guy Dave Deleonardo was pleasant. I told him I had a budget so when he quoted 4.5k I told him no can do - he quickly came down to 3k and they could do it that week!

We live in CT so my concerns were ice dams and pine needles which he was adamant they would not be an issue because of their amazing patented product, we would never have issues with this. And let me stress I asked him over and over again.......

Needless to say first storm (we had it done March of this year and video is from April) - ice formed on top of the leaf filter, the water poured over and froze in sheets on the floor outside the entire surroundings of our home - it was a nightmare having to get out! I called the 800# and was told they recommend getting a roof rake and scraping the ice off. I was furious, went back and forth and was told apparently this is mentioned in the fine print - I mean come on knowing this would I pay to have to go out and rake my roof!! I asked him to come take it off, I didn't want it and the manager told me they could arrange that but there would be a fee.

Now it's July and when it rains we have the same scenario - pools of water around the foundations. The gutter protection is covered in pine needles and what looks like pollen, not letting any rain water in.

I want these off but as my gutters were new as I had just had new siding - I do not know who to call.

Please take these reviews seriously, all this water around your foundations can only cause damage, its so distressing to see and imagine where it is all going...

The company Customer Service is terrible they will not accept this is an issue.

I used to pay $80-100 twice a year to get my gutters cleaned, how I wish i had read other peoples reviews first.

LeafFilter North - Worse experience, problem after problem, not happy

A salesman came to my house and did a demonstration and after working the numbers and being convinced that I would never need to climb a ladder again,

I spent $6,500 without getting any benefits. As matter of fact, when the first rain came I noticed water running over the top of the gutter and leaking every gutter corners, it's getting worse than before it was installed.

I paid a large sum of money and the water is going to ruin everything around my house (especially the woods and sidings). Why even have gutters. I regret it so much and I want my money back. They can take the Leaf Filter back, I don't' want it!

It is worthless. I WOULD NEVER recommend Leaf Filter to anyone period.

While I have no issues with the installation or results of the LEAFFILTER SYSTEM, I do take issue with the cost. When the sales person came and measured my home and explained how the system works, he then gave me a quote of $8000., when I told him I had to discuss it with my wife and son, he came down to $5060.

and I foolishly agreed. After the installation I called my insurance agent and asked if the Leaffilter would lower my premium. He asked me how much it cost and I told him, he said for a top of the line gutter guard system with size of my house it should be no more than $2500. I have called Leaffilter numerous times to discuss this and was told someone from the sales office would get back to me.

I am still waiting. They also had a credit card sent to me which I did not ask for.

Water tends to run off and runs behind and in front of gutters. I do NOT recommend this product. Numerous post-installation repairs have been unsuccessful in stopping water runoff behind and in front of gutters. I am now trying to get my money back and get this product taken off of my gutters. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I have been promised, multiple times, a return call from the corporate types who can authorize the refund/uninstallation but to date NO ONE has contacted me. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau and the state Attorney General's office.

Very poor customer support/service.

Leaf filter tells you they will not mess with your roof will my shingles are lifted up off the roof because it was installed wrong. So they came back out.

I should have checked their work after they came back out because he lied to me about fixing everything. I just had to fix the leaf filter in the backyard. I have also been picking up all the screws in the yard and driveway that they did not clean up. I will make it clear to everyone I know not to do business with this company.

your company does half *** work and should not be in business for as much as you charge. Nothing but Glorified scam artist.

Salesman was very high pressure pushy. I did not like that.

Husband is a diabled veteran, so the price was a lot for us. But we were also concern with him climbing on the roof anymore.

Installers were very unprofressional. Husband heard them talking about rushing the job. They dropped a part that broke our window screen (and left a mark on the window). The company later denied it. The installers did not clean up after themselves. They left screws and stuff all around the house. The salesman said that these are better than other gutter cover systems, because they aren't installed under your shingles. But i have pictures that show them under the shingles. And i found a piece of shingle on the ground that they must have cut off.

When it rains, they water runs over the edge onto the deck, the garden beds (which are now flooded), and everywhere.

We called and they sent a guy out to look at it. He recaulked some downspouts that were leaking. Regarding being under the shingles, he said "it's only an inch or so". YES, But it is under it!!

He also addressed the water flowing over and said that there was debris on top of the system, and we would need to clean it off monthly. WHAT!?! The point of the system was that we didnt need to climb up there 1-2 times a year to clean gutters. Now we have to clean it every month?

We also found that the wire gutter traps were taken out of the down spouts and tossed in the bushes against the house.

We are not happy with a system we dont feel will work right and we spent so much money on it. I emailed 2 different people with pictures and my concern. But no one has replied.

I am in Tulatin Oregon, and I know you are new in the area...but I still expect help with these matters.

I want a system that works.

Had new gutters and Leaf Filter installed on Thursday Apr. 12.

I was impressed with the quality of the materials. My contract said the installers would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. When 11 o'clock rolled around I called the company but got switched to customer service who said the installation manager would investigate and call me back. No one called.

The installers finally arrived at 11:30; no big deal.

I have a second story roof that had no gutters and drained directly onto my first story roof. So, I purchased new gutters and filter. Towards the end of the installation, one of the installers said they did not have enough elbows and needed to go to a home improvement center to purchase them. Rather than make them move their truck and trailer I drove him just a couple of miles to our local ACE hardware store.

The downspouts installed from the second story gutters emptied onto the roof rather than being run into the first story gutters. The installer said he did not have additional material. It rained today (Apr.14).

As I expected, the water from the second story over ran the first story gutters. That was not the installation practice I saw in the sales material

The salesman, Jeff Motter, promised great installation by trained professionals in a half day. The installer showed up at 10 AM and was still working in the dark at 8 PM.

When I saw it in the light of day the gutter cover looked very wavy both front to back and left to right. Additionally, the spikes they had cut were not sealed with silicone. I complained and someone did come out to check. The set up an appointment for 5 April at 8 AM.

I waited until 11 AM and no one came. I called to find out what happened and they said they had too many work cards that day - IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW so I could have been doing something besides waiting for them. The installer did show up on the 6th of April and supposedly fixed all the problems. As he was getting ready to leave I reached up over my front porch and wiggled the original spike I found un-calked, and it was still moving free and easily removed.

It makes me ask myself how much attention to detail he had on the areas I cannot check. It might be a good product, but without good installation I cannot recommend the product to my friends.

Gutters guards were installed on Nov. 16, 2017.

They damaged my gutter on the left front of my home. They agreed to replace the gutter and said they would be back the next day. After numerous calls, the installer showed up on a Sunday in January to do the work. They took down my existing gutter but their equipment had a problem so they could not make the replacement.

Again (Larry) said he would come back the next day. I made numerous calls to the installer but no response. I made several calls to Account Manager, Roger Roa

(914443-9482) and spoke to him once, then he never returned my calls. I called the area Manager William (845-851-8556) and explained my problem in a messaage...no response or follow up calls.

I called LeafFilter customer service in

in Ohio who promised someone would call me..No responsse. I continued to call but no one would give the courtesy of a call back. Finally I reach William at the Summerville, S.C. office of LeafFilter(419-287-6680).

He was unaware of my problem and seemed to want to help. He promised to call me back but after waiting 9 days, I called him and left a message. No response. I have no gutter on the left front of my house and a piece is hanging down.

This has been going on for 3 1/2 months and they continue to ignore my calls. The customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered, especially from a seemingly reliable company.

I made the mistake of paying them before the work was completed. This has taken up much of my time and patience.
