Price reduction

I have videos of how bad you gutters are. They leak in places where my old ones never did.

I paid over $7000.00 for your gutters and they are not worth a damn. Give me an E-mail where I can send my videos and you can see for your self. We had high winds here and two large rain storms. I was very disappointed in them.

They were not even close to as good as the old ones I had. Some thing has to be done about this or I will be forced to carry this matter further.

The service is excellent and prompt! It rained the day after having our gutter protection installed. Having the leaf filter made a tremendous difference on how the water flowed and it's a huge plus knowing that we no longer have to worry about tree debris causing backups and overflow. Our team performed inspection and water tested with the customer present. We explained to her that both her old system and her neighbors systems were installed incorrectly. Gutters in Florida are hung under the drip edge, not over and through it like her neighbor stated and her marketing materials showed. Water test showed system pitched properly. We left the service call with the customer satisfied. If there are any additional comments, our service and support team is available at 800-749-4566.

I have contacted Customer Service and talked to managers since March 29. I can't believe how badly things have gone.

The lack of concern and downright hostility from the "managers" is shocking. No follow-up and promises continue to be broken. Only bright point was Heather who answered the Customer Service line. She was always friendly but Efran, Rod, and Ronny were disrespectful and mocking.

Ronny promised (on 4/3) a crew would come by Thursday or Friday. Waited around the house both days. No phone call and a no show from a crew. After numerous calls, no response.

My check was cashed right away even though I asked it be held until we resolved the problem. Your website and promotional materials show the gutters hung right under the roof. My front gutter and long back gutter are hung inches below the roof line.

I couldn't see how low they were until later after they left when I hauled my 70 year old body up on a ladder. I realize Leaf Filter doesn't want to spend the time and energy on re-doing or at the very least, check on this, but I will not give up on trying to get this resolved.

Why have they not contacted me concerning the replacement of my wife's planting pots??

On March 26, 2019, I listened to your salesman speak of how highly regarded and professional your company is. Not so!!

On the 26th I was told that you were sending someone over to my three-story townhouse with a ladder to ensure that they had the right equipment for the install on the 28th. Even though I made a point of stating that they would need a fifty-foot ladder, the worker showed up with a forty-foot ladder and I was forced to help him remove the ladder from his truck. When he attempted to raise the ladder, the weight prevented him. We waited for an additional employee to arrive to help and both of them together failed to raise the ladder.

When they lost control of the ladder, several of my wife's plant pots were broken; and I was struck in the knee causing a small laceration. They concluded that the supervisor was incorrect with his assessment concerning the required equipment to do the job. We all agreed that a power lift would be necessary to complete this job. They loaded the ladder back onto the truck and left.

They called the supervisor and told him what had happened and told me that the supervisor would call me; which he never did! In my opinion, this supervisor failed to look at the job site before assigning workers and equipment. I called the 800 telephone number and talked to a very cold and callous female who sounded like she could care less about the fact that I was canceling the contract. In my opinion, the supervisor had very little knowledge of how to complete my job safely.

However, your product seems to be viable. After this experience, I have lost trust in your company.

The salesperson seemed to have disappeared and also could not be contacted. Unacceptable!

We closed the deal and a couple of days later had our beautiful new gutters installed. The installers were fast and thorough, cleaning up after themselves and being respectful while doing their job. sales pitch for this product is unbeatable take caution. I am trying to find a cost per foot and nothing that I can find out there that is set in stone.

Would not pay more than $25 per foot plus installation.

Good looking product! Sales people not so impressed!
