My Leaf Filter was installed on November 4, 2014 and I discovered almost immediately that, when it rained, or when there was a little bit of snow melt on the roof, water did not flow into the gutters but instead went over the gutters and to the ground below. I now have a literal trench around my house in the front and the back where the water has been going over the gutters every time it rains.

My front porch which has a gutter going along the outside and used to be dry is now constantly wet because the water goes across the gutter and drips down steadily on the porch. I contacted the service manager, Emily Klousterman, for the North Region shortly after Christmas and she returned my call in early January. Then said she would have a service tech call me. After about 10 days with no call, I called her again and she told me the same thing, i.e., a service person would call and come out to see what was wrong.

He finally called and came out. However, he only took pictures and said he would show his boss. Interestingly, he said since it was raining when he came out, he could not actually look at the gutters and what was happening to the rain! Interesting!!

One would think that the best time to look at what the gutters are actually doing is to look at them in operation when it is raining. I finally called him back to see what happened when he showed the pictures to his boss. He said boss would call me. Boss finally called and left a voice message saying that Leaf Filter did not work very well at the beginning until the screen was saturated with water.

I have a call back into him. This is ridiculous!

These gutters were over $4000! I want them taken down and replaced with a product that works.

Worst buying experience of my life!!!!! This is the only online report I've ever written.

These guys are such ripoffs!

The only consolation was Amex helped me win a dispute of $850.00. Rude, arrogant, low EQ, and overall incompetent.

Install on my house. It leaks!

Called to have them fix it. They said it would cost me another $1200 to fix it! NO LEAKS on my house before this *** was installed!

What a bad company!!!! Don't buy it!!

My installation by Leaf Filter NW was March 08. Pollen and mildew plugged the famous micro screen so the screens turned out to be a wonderful gutter cover.

I called NW and they came out and cleaned the screens. They came out twice and told me just call when it happens again.

Well, they are gone with the wind and the company that has the Seattle area, Leaf Filter N, will not honor NW's promise. Could you imagine buying a Ford from a dealer that goes out of business and you find that your warrantee is not honored by another ford dealer?

My next rant will be to the Washington State Attorney General. Leaf filter should be thrown of the state before someone else gets ripped off!

Not only has there been reports of them assaulting and battering employees comes to find out the unethical operations manager who has had several complaints filed against him HAS NO DRIVER LICENSE AND A CRIMINAL RECORD LONGER THAN THE TOTAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THERE PRODUCT. SEE BELOW also HE HAD NO DRIVERS LICENSE if leaffilter cant even hire people with drivers license what makes you think they are licensed period. WHAT A DISGRACE TO SOCIETY-

The man accused in a deadly crash in north Charlotte Friday night is expected to make his first court appearance Monday.

Police said after Robert Leahy hit a moped so hard that it became stuck inside the front of his car, he kept driving.

A judge at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse will read the charges against Leahy Monday morning, which include felony death by vehicle and DWI.

Police said Leahy was driving along Old Statesville Road Friday night when he rear-ended the moped.

The driver of the moped, Philip Black, was seriously injured. His girlfriend, Valerie Shaak, was killed.

Police said after the crash, Leahy drove about a mile down the road before parking his car. They said he then started running.

Officers used helicopters and police dogs to track him down.

I had ice hanging from the gutters. Now my gutters have been pulled down and away from the house. The water didn't drain like it was supposed to do.

Just had this product installed 11/16/14. We had after a minor snow storm < 3 inches that covered the roof gutters and leaf filter screens.

Later that evening and over the last few days as the snow began to melt on the roof, the water was not flowing into the gutters but over the top of the gutter system. In my opinion if water is steadily dripping / pouring over the gutters then the system is failing to do what it supposed to do. Water is not going into the gutters as it melts.

Product fails to deliver as promised.

I don't understand what other people are talking about. The salesperson that came over to our house was very professional and educated as I'm not only their product but other products as well.

We did our research and already had a firm idea and grasp of what the market had to offer and pricing. He basically reiterated all the research we had done on their own.

We've had this product on a host for years now and it works perfectly fine haven't had to clean the gutters sense. Thank God lol
