I have called this company multiple times trying to get someone out here to read do this messy crapy job that they done in the 1st place they had destroyed my gutters tore one of them almost off my house I have sent them emails pictures called them cannot get anyone to call me back or to serve 1 of day to come out here and get this done I am very tired of waiting I'd wish I would have never had these and stalled all my home , I have alot more pictures but want let me upload anymore.

I had asked them what I needed to do to cancel my order having slept on my decision they told me it was installed so I couldn't cancel i called the office on the Monday morning and they told me the same thing .. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Mostly happy, will see in the rainy season how they perform. My only complaint is that every time I spoke to someone I mentioned that I wanted filters on my existing alumawood patio cover. Never did

anyone say it couldn't be done. When the guy who gave me the estimate came he looked all around and gave me a price.

I thought it was A LOT, but willing to pay it. I signed up and did all the paper work thinking the patio gutters were included. I just happened to mention again that the main reason I wanted these was because the Patio gutters were the worst. THEN he tells me that the Patio was not included, then I really thought it wasn't such a good price.

Needless to say I still got the filters on the remaining house. I just feel this company's representatives need to be very up front about the patio cover not being included.

Took 3 weeks to talk to a real person and had someone come out to look at install. He agreed there were several issues with install and said they would reinstall properly.

That was 3 weeks ago and now having the same issue of talking to someone to see what is going on as no-one has got back to me.

I have pictures of install and am ready to put on social media if this doesn't get rectified soon. I am ready to remove myself and get a lawyer.

User's recommendation: Stay Away. I paid a lot of money for very bad install and now house is leaking.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I was finally able to contact the 1-800 customer service person and the repairs were completed within a week..

I had follow-up work that was required from my installation last Fall. I sent an email with a photo, job ID number and description of this work on 8/7/20 as well as two 1-800 calls since then and no reply has been received.

Who is the general manager at LeafFilter North? I expect my next option is to make an appearance at the Eden Prairie office,

Leaf Filter may work if you live in a city with a couple deciduous trees, but not here on a lot with white pines. We wasted almost $5000.

Before Leaf Filter we had to clean out our gutters 2-3 times a year, and now we have to clean out gutters 2-3 times per year. Leaf Filter is worthless.

It has been about a month and a half, with no idea when someone will come and fix the poor installation of the product and service you offer. We are highly disappointed.

We have grown tired of trying to reach out to someone on behalf of this experience and would much rather take our business elsewhere. We would like a full refund and for you all to take your installed products with you.

User's recommendation: Avoid a headache and concern for potential damage from poorly installed gutter filters.
