Proactive & Impressive

Installation was scheduled for the morning following contract signing. Unfortunately, the next morning had steady, light rain with thunderstorms forecast all afternoon. The installer stopped by to tell us that the weather was too bad to do the installation. A little later, we got a call from your scheduler saying the forecast had been changed to better weather in the afternoon. He said they had another installer on his way. He arrived that afternoon, and had the installation complete after dark. It was a big job, and he worked through a couple bouts of light rain to finish it. Very impressed! - Robert B, Nashville, TN

Easy Appointments

Our salesman was brief and to the point. He explained the product, process of installation, costs and other discounts that were available. The next day’s appointment was scheduled, and the professional, attention to detail installation took place. Very satisfied with all thus far. Professional Service

The salesman was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He was not pushy and noticed a problem with an existing gutter that he said could be fixed. He worked with us on the price until we were satisfied. The installer fixed the existing problem with the gutter and did a nice job with installing the leaf filter system. Very polite and thorough. The first hard rain hit about 3 weeks after installation and the system worked perfectly. Very confident that if there is an issue in the future that Leaf Filter will come out and fix it. Customer service sucks!! I had an appointment on Sept.

26th between 8am - 10am. At 11:00am I began to call and continued to call until 4:00pm. I upheld my part of the contract but they didn't. No one has called me to this day Oct.

4th. I would not recommend!

Myself and several other sub contractors are victims of Leaf Filter's practice of not compensating wages after work orders have been satisfactorily conpleted.

As of this date 10/02/2020 a number of sub contractors are owed for their work...the local office's response was to remove us from the Whats App group site so we couldn't communicate with other sub contractors concerning thses issues.

User's recommendation: Check BBB reviews and complaints for yourselves BEFORE rather then after the fact.

LeafFilter Installation

Three men showed up to install the LeafFilter. They were very polite. They explained what they were doing, how, and why. They even cleaned up all their mess. They had to leave to get another rain deflector and arrived promptly to install the second one. I truly will recommend this company to all that I know of that are looking for gutter guards. Hello! I would like to confirm the cancelation of a contract (my husband already spoke with Brittany at 5:35pm PST Thursday October 1) for a job scheduled October 2 in Nanaimo BC There is no job number listed on any paperwork, nor any way to contact the installer directly.

Called to have corner repaired as water overflowed onto deck. Waited three weeks for service man to arrive WITHOUT A LADDER!

What? Another appointment was made for the following week from 8-12. NO SHOW! NO CALL.

NO FIX! Was told after 6 phone calls from me that I was scheduled for the following day!

Was I supposed to know this from a crystal ball? THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

User's recommendation: Gutters are good. Just do not have an after the fact issue!

I receive a lot of calls that I do not recognize the numbers.

Four years age I purchased gutter protection from Leaf Filter. The sales pitch was great, but not the product.

They came back to service my problems more than once. The person that fixed the problems said this is nothing because the company makes millions.

I feel I was overcharged. No discount was offered. I was taken advantage being a female.

Their leaf guards have left black marks on my gutters.

This year I hired another company to replace the house leaf guards.

They asked who did this job? I told them.

They heard about your work. They asked how much I spent and they said you over charged me.

I haven't done my garage yet because I do not have the money.

People have asked me who did the work and I told them not to call you.

User's recommendation: Do Not Hire Leaf Filter. You will regret.

NOT Happy. Workers did not do any sealing or check to see if there were anything inside gutters and door was sticking.

Came back, not the day they said they would be here. Still no sealing, door still sticks on gutter, and broke a $35.00 gazing ball. When I did call to complain, I was told the work tech would notify me, it never happened.

Since I did not have any sealing done, have had to spray for wasp making nests at end of gutters. Also it would be nice to have at least one of the workers speak English.
