MY GUTTERS PUT ON BEFORE THE 15 of November

I was told I would have my gutters installed on the 3rd, got a call on the 2nd couldn't do it would be the 25th. The 25th arrives, no gutters, I call the company, no answers, get ahold of sales rep, he calls some one, they call me with it would be Nov 25.

That is not okay with me. I am ready to go to another company!

Rep was here with low ladder for a two story home. He cleaned the gutter above my garage.He then clean out one other gutter that he could reach with his low ladder.

When system installed some of the soffet boards were loosened.I do not believe the down spouts were ever flushed.A day after rain,spouts stoll drip because they are clogged with debris.

I would like a refund per yur warranty,

Though the product is fine, the customer service is by far the worst we have ever experienced with any company, in any industry, ever. Sense no one on their service team is accountable, it's been five months and our issue has not been resolved - despite our calls and efforts.

A quick summary of what we experienced:

- The technician installing the system on our gutters broke several strands of string lights in our backyard ($200 worth).

- The tech stated it was no big deal, and he would report it to his manager, and we would be reimbursed the next day.

- We never received a call, so we called Leaf Filter. They were processing the refund and we could expect it in a few business days.

- Never received the refund, never received any updates. We call again and ask for manager. We are told he is busy, but they give us his email.

- We email the manager, detailing what happened, and including a screenshot of the receipt for the new lights we purchased.

- We never received response nor refund.

We call customer service, now for the third time, and detail what happened. We are told by team member, "WOW. That is horrible. I will escalate this to corporate so that it's handled and you get your refund."

- You guessed it, never got the refund.

Called again today and they're "looking into it."

It's been OVER FIVE MONTHS since the incident happened... At this point we don't expect to ever receive the refund and we wish we'd gone with a different company.

Don't recommend at all.

LeafFilter North - Gutter continues to leak after installation

I had you product installed on 6/2819. My gutter is leaking on my deck.

I called for a service call on 7/31/19. The installer, Mike, came out and worked on it. It continued to leak. I called Mike on 8/19/19, he said he would get back to me.

He did not. I called him again on 8/26/19, he told me to call the main office. I did. I was informed by them that they would send someone out to repair it, and that we did not have to be present.

It is still leaking. If you cannot fix this can you recommend someone who can?

My problem - my gutters have been on my house approximately nine years. No one of the gutters has come loose from the house and I am trying to fine someone to repair it as the gutters are warranted. Can you help me with this.

It is over two months since I first contacted you regarding an ongoing severe blockage problem in the system you installed last year:

1. First they send somebody around who was not comfortable climbing the ladder to inspect the problem (!)

2.

The rescheduled appointment was a no show.

3. The next rescheduled appointment was a no show.

The assistant project manager for Toronto assigned to deal with the problem is simply hopeless. He ignores my e-mails. He ignores my phone calls.

He refuses to accept voice-mail messages.

I again contacted your service centre last week. They said they were sorry to hear about the hiccups (!) and said they will be contacting the regional managers as well as local managers to take care of the issue.

Nobody has contacted me.

You people boast that you provide the best customer service in the industry. Simply the worst in Toronto.
