Comfortable, low pressure sales process and installation was top rate. The installation team was knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up and left my property as they found it. Seems like a high quality product and the lifetime warranty is a huge plus! After the first heavy rain yesterday, the product performed as advertised. Sales dept were great and installer did a great job. Trying to get a hold of someone to come out and fix something is another story.

After leaving a bad review and several messages someone finally called me back on the weekend to schedule a repair date 2 weeks out. Well that was yesterday and no show no call.

Trying to get a hold of them again and no luck. Leave messages is all you can do.

User's recommendation: Hope it gets done right the first time. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone.

I purchased my leaf filter September 21st 2019 from Phil Cavanaugh. My front gutter overflows very quickly after it rains. It flows over the top of the screen right over the edge of the gutter to the ground. I am very displeased with leaffilter.

Wow!!!! Destiny, the customer sales representative was right on time for our consultation. She really knows her stuff about the LeafFilter product. Destiny was terrific. Went right to work measuring the amount of guttering I needed. Sat down and worked the numbers. Done and done. She set up an install date and the subcontractors were right on time to put up the LeafFilter system. Thanks so much. Maybe now I want have to get my ladder out and clean gutters again. We had Leaf Filter address all of our gutters in 2018. Recently we noticed that our front landscape, which was professionally done after the gutter work, was suffering.

We discovered that there is a blockage in the system that is preventing the water from draining and exiting properly. We called to request a service call. After multiple calls we received a service date - a month from now!

We are outraged since we just received a solicitation for new gutter work! It is clear that Leaf Filter does not care about past customers.

When the rep showed up he stated I would be receiving a written estimate and a confirmation of when the work would be done. Also, when he quoted me the price, he failed to include the 15% discount for "acting now", and my senior citizen mother lives at the residence, I believe that is another discount, and the fact I'm a veteran.

I just want my estimate and the discounts applied. Thank you

App. between 9-12 Am 6/2 Arrived @4:45PM Compleded 9:15 PM.

Only 1 installer,not safe on ladder. No level to check flow of water drainage. No extra gutter brackets added as quoted.

First price quoted about 70% higher than final price negotiated. Calls to customer service--forget that, no answer at all.

User's recommendation: Leaf filter is a quality product but be aware of who and how installed.

Had roofer come and look, we just had one put on Nov. and showed where was backing up and running into family room.

Looked at front gutter, and they are bulging like a roller coaster. I have called several times but no return calls. Filters have been on less than a year. Call 573-380-****

Customer service and North area salesman will not return phone calls. I had leaf filter installed 2 weeks ago and noticed one area the installer missed. I've tried numerous times to get in touch with someone to get this corrected but to no avail.

User's recommendation: Do not listen to all the "HYPE" they give you about service, warranty, etc. In fact , stay away from leaf filter.

We bought the product, concept is good, quality of work is ok, customer service is the worst. We have had water running over the gutter since installed and cannot anyone to come out and repair, appointments are made and then not followed through with by LeafFilter-

I certainly would not recommend the product since customer service after the sales is none existent, not regional office to resolve problems just a service department that does not deliver

Have a service man climb up a latter and clean the gutter. I paid you soI don’t have to climb the ladder I’m 75 years old!!!

Called customer service for a plugged filter on 6/3/20 left message which they said would be retuned within 24 hrs ( most reputable companies can return within a few hours). I received no call back, so I called again 6/4/20 and left another call with the same get back to you within 24 hrs.

Part of the reason for buying this product was the warranty!

Doesnt do you any good if you cant report an issue so it can be fixed. Right now Id give Leaf Filter a 1 for having a Customer Service number.
