I live in Big Flats, New York. My problem is that when the leaves cover the screen the water over flows the gutter.

The wind does not blow them away as shown in your advertising literature. I am very disappointed with the failure of Leaf Filter to solve the problem.

Fix the problem at no cost to me

They replace my gutter guards a few months back because the guys who did it the first time messed my gutters up. It took a while to get this done.

The other problem I had was the water would rush off the corner. They fixed that on a second trip. Now the water is rushing off the corner again since they replace the gutters and I can't walk out with out getting wet . It happen the first time and they replace the corner guard with larger one and moved it back to stop it.

Now they say I will be charged to come out and fix it. It was fixed the first time when they replace the gutters and the guards they create it again

User's recommendation: Just clean your gutter once a year or pay some one they are very hard to work qith.

Roof valley where they meet gutters clog constantly, so I get on roof to clean screens. When snow melts it freezes on the screens and drains over gutter and also backs up under roof causing water to run down fascia board.

What a waste of 3500.00 I still have to get on roof a few times a year to clean.

i was charged $30.00 more on state tax. Two weeks ago i called and was told a check would be mailed to me, still waiting for it .Today I received my credit card bill my charges were $ 20O.00 more ($5884.00) if you add $5288.00+$396.00=$5684.00 I fell you agent needs to get a better calculator or be more customer friendly and not worry about his commission.

.Your people at your customer service and your home office make should also be more helpful instead of passing the buck.

Your agent scheduled my install for the next day,(9-11 am) istallers showed up at 5 PM . Also, was not told I had 3 days to cancell per law, again commission more important.

User's recommendation: Make sure you check your bill before the agent leaves. Once agent has your signature customer goes out the window.

LeafFilter North - I am displeased with the product's performance.

Product installed quickly. I was informed by the consultant, they offered a discount to keep the local crews working. Sounded nice. Sent in 1 installer, from out of state the next day.

The regional manager now claims that negates my 3 day right to cancel the agreement.

It was very fortunate it rained the evening of the installation.

I was appalled to see the water dripping and running over the entire gutter system.

I also have water backing up into my soffit.

I also have a downspout unchecked, and leaking water.

No one to this date has fixed any issue.

No one to this date has tried to arrange a suitable solution.

Works "OK" not great. Pine needles build up on mesh and I need to get on a ladder to clean them off every so often. Heavy rain runs over and under the gutter and snow builds up on top of gutter.

User's recommendation: gutters do not fill with pine needles - thats good.

I will never get back the 20 minutes it took for the estimator to show me a quote for $7990 discounted to $5313 to put 82 linear feet of gutter (41' on front and 41') with four down spouts. I asked the guy if this looked like a neighborhood where people spend $5K+ on 80' of gutter.....his face turned red and literally stormed off. The thing I feel bad about is the elderly you pray on......

There was no high pressure sales pitch. The price was very reasonable. We met with the sales person on a Tuesday, we told him we wanted to move forward in that meeting and the LeafFilter's were installed the next day. The installer was polite and professional. LeafFilter North - Filter clogs and make the gutter inoperable

The reason I bought "Leaffilte"r was to avoid climbing up latters (I'm 75 years old). After a few years the "filters" clogged causing the gutter to be inoperable - the water flows over the edge.

I might as well have not bought the product or REMOVED the gutters.

I was told they would clean the gutter if needed. Not so.

After "filter" installation, the screen becomes a part of the gutter.

I spend money paying a neighbor to clean the gutter screen.

User's recommendation: DON'T SPEND SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS ON THEIR "FIX".
