So the HIGH pressure salesman convinced my husband to sign up. I was VERY leery of this sales tactic.

Price only good for that second. The next day I told him to cancel, which he did. That was 3 weeks and 2 days ago. 5 days later they cashed our check for the down payment.

Called 3 times and finally got a return call 2 days later. He was "shocked" how that check could have possibly been cashed. Two weeks ago we were told our check would be sent out "right away". So still no check.

Called 2 days ago to find out what the *** is going on. Still no phone call or check.

BBB get's my next review.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $360.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hope you didn't bother with BBB. Guess who pays them?

The businesses. They only put out the good reviews and squash the bad. When you have a complaint against the company, all they do is relay messages to the company. When the company says "tough luck", all the BBB does is respond "Do you agree to their response?".

Of course I never agreed to any of Leaffilters responses because they were so ridiculous they were starting to sound like they were being written by a 5 year old. So the BBB finally got tired of me and said case closed, nothing more for you to do. Wanna bet?

I'm suing Leaffilter. Hired an attorney, he expects I'll get a full refund plus court costs.
