LeafFilter, outstanding product and service

The LeafFilter experience was unbelievable from the first call to the installation in two days. The LeafFilter scheduler said the salesperson would be prompt on the time we agreed on and they arrived as promised. The salesperson was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the LeafFilter system and answered every question completely. The installers were on time and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions about the install. Best way I can explain what they did would be a rain gutter fine tuning and realignment then cleaning and the final cover as seen on TV. After 40 years of home ownership/repairs this was one of the fastest, easiest upgrades. Thanks to everyone involved this home improvement. - Barry L.

Our installer, Gerald, did a GREAT job! It's so nice to be able to relax and not worry about cleaning the gutters and spoutings every time it rains. Very Happy with Leaf Filter and definitely recommend them - without hesitation. -Debbie K.

Professional, timely install and excellent product

We had our free estimate appointment yesterday and install today. The salesman was very professional, not pushy at all and definitely knew this product. The installers were early, worked hard all day and were very respectful of our home and property. We are excited we took the step to protect our home, increase the value and give us the peace of mind knowing we don’t have to worry about water damage commonly caused by gutters. We are confident we will love this product going forward and have no doubt Leaf Filter will live up to all that was offered. -Renee C.

I was contacted by the company only to set up another estimate. No explanation as to what happened, no apology.

After reading about their history with BBB, I feel I dodged a bullet. I will be using another more reputable company.

Had an appointment for an estimate at 7 on Friday night (not my choice). No one ever showed up, and I have not yet heard back from the company. The 2 customer service reps I spoke with were apologetic (the 2 times I called to ask if anyone was coming), but I would have expected that someone higher up would have followed up on this by now to make it right.

I had leaf filters installed on April 26 2021, and there are several problems with water running off in buckets like a waterfall. I have called the rep who first came out and to date o one has come back to look at the problem. Also, contacted the home office and was assured that someone would be in contact but still no response.

I have posted my complaint with just one or two photos, the photos I am posting are around my home.....this is my 6,000.00 investment that does not even work according to the class action lawsuit pending against them.........all of these photos are after the installation...meaning the birds nest (how kind they did not bother the birds), the joint where they put the old and new together is lovely, and the rest of the gutters all did not move before during or after the installation...how do you not even move out the old rusted extensions...I am lost!

User's recommendation: If you want to be ripped off...go with LeafFilter.

WORK WAS SHODDY,THEY LEAK, THET LET STUFF IN YOUR GUTTERS. I HAVE WATER DRIPPING FROM BEHIND THE GUTTERS! THEY CAME TO FIX AND SENT ME PICS OF HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!

Did not work as advertised! Water over shoots the gutters because debris builds up on top of the filter guards. This is not supposed to happen according to their ads. An agent actually hung up on me !

We understand that being a homeowner comes with many responsibilities and the last thing you want to do is clean your gutters. LeafFilter is considered "low-maintenance" because like any exterior part of your home there is some level of upkeep required. We do charge for services not outlined in your warranty. Installed correctly as they advertise ..... so debris does not accumulate on top of the system and therefore no one has to climb on the roof for proper function.

He just kept telling me they would come and clean the system for 90 dollars!!! My husband is disabled and cannot climb up on the roof anymore.

That was the reason for getting the system in the first place.

What a scam! do not spend the money on this.

Had filters quoted. Scheduled the job.

That is when the service went down hill!

No one showed the first day the products was to be placed. They rescheduled then did not show again.

Then when I spoke to Leaf Filter North the gentleman I spoke to made demeaning comments about the men who install the product.

They attempted to force the workers on the roof in unsafe conditions.

Salesman and woman in office were terrific. Job not completed as advertised, service manager Leo Cunha was nasty did not listen, gutters still leak. I have no faith in the company. What would you like to get if you were me.

Much to long to explain here but the service manager Lee Cunha, was surly and unprofessional in his conversation with me. Example "Do you expect me to wait until it rains to get paid".. Fact is the gutters did leak in several places and even after a return trip to repair the installation the gutters still leak.

User's recommendation: Not recommended at least not in Northern/Central New Jersey.
