Been with Leaffilter for a month, have done over $ 70,000 in installs, only been paid 176.00. Still waiting on my other deposits but nothing. Complete trash company that screws over people who dont know better

User's recommendation: Stay away.

Service was excellent

Service was excellent. Installer was very professional and when he was through installation cleaned up thoroughly. Would recommend with no hesitation. -John M.

Had my Leaf Filter system installed 2 years ago. Winds blew several of the screens out.

All gutters are still in perfect condition. They told me that this was an Act of God and I would be responsible for paying for the repairs.

Also, cant get someone out for another month just to give me quote. For the amount of money spent on this project, I expected this company to honor the Lifetime Warranty that I was sold on.

This is our second complaint. They came out after the first complaint and acted like they were going to replace and monitor the gutters they installed.

Mind you, this project cost us around $12,000! They have NEVER returned or called.

User's recommendation: I highly DO NOT recommend this company for any gutter replacement.

My garage door doesn't open! I want SOMEONE to respond to me and fix my garage door!!!

The installer did his work in the morning, and later in the afternoon, I tried to open the garage door to leave. The door wouldn't open.

Called Leaf Filter immediately around 5:30 PM. Waited 15 minutes for customer service to answer. I called the main number 3 times, and was told, after the first call, that someone would call me back. No luck!

Two more calls, rude agents! This AM I wait until I can reach them.

Unable to find my warranty paperwork. Do you keep records of installation of your customers? I have some issues with the product and do not want to expose if I am incorrect of manufacturer?

LeafFilter is the real deal

I had a very pleasant experience with the installation of our LeafFilter. Alejandro was experienced at his work and very personable and pleasant to talk with. The LeafFilter system is everything that was promised. After two heavy downpours, no overflow. It was nice to look out through the Living and dining room windows and not be behind a waterfall. I called Leaf Filter for a free estimate and was visited the same day...the presentation was clear and easy to understand...the work was completed three days later and I am very satisfied. Installer did nothing that the sales person said would be done. They take your money and never get back to you to resolve the problems.

Stay away from the Greensboro, NC office, they either don't know what there doing or don't care.

You can go on E bay and buy the same product and install it yourself our hire a good contractor to install for less money. I don't see how they can warrant a product when they won't answer your calls.

BUYER BEWARE Do it yourself.

Fast and precise, start to finish

From my first phone call to final installation, the service was fast, attentive to my concerns, responsive to any questions I had, and thoroughly and completely addressed our needs. We had the luxury of several days of heavy rain just a few hours after installation, and I am happy to report the gutters did not clog, water flowed freely, and when it all dried out, the collected pine straw just blew away! -Sarah M.

A month ago, a tree fell and struck our roof and caused damage to our gutter and the leaf filter system that was installed several years ago. A leaf filter technician responded a few days later and advised wed get a phone call for an estimate.

I got no phone call. Since then, I have called Leaf Filter no less than 3 times and keep being told that I would get a price quote via email. Ive also sent several messages with no reply.

To date, I have yet to get an estimate. How hard can this be?

Very satisfied. The installer was great, I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was thorough in his job and explanation of what exactly he was doing. We had lots of rain since installation and they have worked great. -Robert P.
