I still have piles of leaves and icicles on the system. They told me this was normal.

Only mother nature can remove the leaves. Then they told me my roof pitch might be off, or I may not have enough insulation in my attic, that why I'm getting icicles.

I've had four people out here and still piles of leaves on the system. They refuse to give me a phone number of a person who cares

The product is installed with no compensation for all the missed appointments. I will need to wait for the rains to see if it works.

As I sit here waiting, again, for the install team to show up for an appointment, which I confirmed yesterday I am second-guessing my decision to have LF installed. The appointment today was for an arrival between 9 and 11, I presumed that was in the AM.

Here it is 1:45 PM no crew, no call. Before the sale the salesman, Bobby Vincent said the install may be as early as next week. The contract was signed 10-9-19. He then called in and was told it would be 10-28 between 9 and 11.

They did not have a roll of green material on hand to make a 20' section of gutter. OK, until the night before the install, they called to say they did not have the roll of material yet. Really? 20 days and you could not get the material?

So then, we agreed on the following Friday. Thursday they called and left a message in the morning requesting a callback. I called them back when I got home and was told since they had not heard back from me they were sending the crew elsewhere. POed?

You bet. The next appointment was for today. I have refused to call and ask where they are, especially since I confirmed the appointment yesterday.

Will I reschedule? I do not know unless there is a 10-20% discount involved for my time and aggravation.

Worked for them for months and had signed contracts for about $75,000 - didn't get paid on 95% of them and then they blocked my number. Out over $5,000 in gas and maintenance as well as more than 12 hour days on some!

After subcontracting work with leaf filter I find myself not being paid for the final work that I did. I was sent to do a service call where I hung all the gutters at a past job that had new roof installed.

In my 2 months of being at Leaf Filter, not one time was my check right but now I am completely cheated out of over $700 in money owed to me and $535 in overdraft fees. I contacted the service manager at the Huntersville, North Carolina office Sarah Weaver, and Barbara at the corp office and still haven't heard back. I will be getting an attorney to collect my money. I would NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company.

The way the people install the product down to how they don't take care of people they are all the way around bad business.

I have contacted Action 9 in my area too. I hope they feature this on an upcoming new broadcast.

I have been trying for 6 months to get someone from LeafFilter respond to my email regarding a significant water "overflow" with my gutters after the LeafFilter product was installed.

Totally unacceptable that LeafFilter will not stand behind its product/installation.

I did not have this water "overflow" prior to the LeafFilter product being installed.

Be wary of doing business with this company!

First snow since install several weeks ago - melting snow all along my gutters onto deck, patio etc....at least my uncovered gutters prevented this...

I’ve been trying to get my gutters fixed since October. It is now the end of November.

They make appointments and don’t show up and don’t call. I’ve got nothing but empty promises. The one guy that did show up didn’t have a ladder that can reach my roof.

I had another appointment for this morning and surprise no-show and no call. I’m fed up

Had so much build up of leaves and debris on top of the LeafFilter gutter screen, they don't work. They also create a hazard as ice builds up over the leaves that don't come off--as they say they will.

With our health, we cannot be climbing up on roof to remove leaves etc from on top of the LeafFilter screen. LeafFilter told us there is sap from our trees on the filter and that's why it's not working.

We asked for our money back as that obviously will continue to be an issue and they refused to consider it. I'm telling everyone that they DO NOT WORK and don't waste your money for a false "guarantee."

I hired your team to reinstall them after the roof was done. The angling is incorrect in the corner where they are leaking. Water is pooling there. I want it repaired and I don’t look forward to playing phone tag which your customer service center.

Every time I call your customer service line -during your business hours, no one answers and I have to leave a message.

The last two times I contacted customer service no one called back either.

Please hire enough staff to take your calls or put people on hold.
