We negotiated a contracted in late August. On September 2nd, a representative from Syracuse office came to give estimate and he contract was signed.

He assured that 'by next week' service will be completed. After subsequent calls which we have noted, NO ONE called us back. We left message after message and gave home phone as well as cell. Repeated disregard of our calls.

Finally, on Saturday OCTOBER 17, we spoke with ' Bridgit' from Rochester office and she assured that the corporate manager would call us back momentarily. It is now Monday, the 19th and we still have not had a call back!! Meanwhile, Our neighbor contracted with the Rochester office TWO WEEKS after our initial contract and HIS WORK IS COMPLETED.

I am preparing to give a minus zero on line review on your customer service!! It is disheartening that courtesy of just a call back has 'gone out the window' and we have to resort to just about beg for at least a call back.

User's recommendation: would NEVER recommend. Although the product may be good, customer service leaves much to be desired.

Preferred solution: service this week and no later with substantial price reduction.
