New Reviewer3 years ago I had leaf filter guards installed. They came back to fix a stopped up drain and at that time installed 2 reflectors on the corners of my back porch.
I told them I didn't want them because they would serve as a dam for debris. They said not to worry, that they would come back and clean the debris. I never called them but about every 2 weeks I get on a step ladder and reach up to clean the debris. I decided that I wanted the reflectors removed and called the local company.
They said they would be glad to come and remove them for a $90 charge.
I am 75 and fell off a ladder cleaning my gutters which led to installation of the guards. Their advertisement about no more ladders is false advertising.
User's recommendation: Get everything in writing.
Preferred solution: Price reduction.
