I agreed to CSR (Clean, Seal & Reinforce) gutters service. The contractor showed up, unload the ladder and gone; comes back after half an hour.

Took another half an hour to raise the ladder and start working on the front lower level of the gutter. Then went to the side of the house. Without doing anything, he reported that he completed the work and request the check. Since I was not at home, my wife gave the check and he is gone.

After I reached home, first thing I noticed the nails from gutter left as is on the second level of the gutter. I went to check the lower level of the gutter; only brackets were installed; not clean and sealed. I called the contractor and he said it is not his job cleaning the shingle drift. After I called my friend, who have drone.

What a surprise, there is nothing done on the second level of the gutter. I called and reported to the customer service and waiting for the second crew.

I also stop the check and I will deduct it from the quote price as well. Installer service isAngry
