New ReviewerInstalled about nine months ago. Service had to come out on two different occasions due to water runoff and over shooting the gutter.
To reduce /stop this over run, water shields were installed that block or reduce the problem.AND THERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM HAS DEVELOPED.
Because of the fine mesh of the screen and during a rain storm, roof and single grit back up against the installed shields, dry and harden and over time prevent water from going into the gutter and overflow on to the side of the house causing potential water damage to the inside and basement. Either the screen holes need to be bigger or the screens involved need to be removed. Because of health issues I cannot go up on a ladder and had to call the company to come out and clean the screen which can require a $99 charge.
Spending nearly $4000 for a job that requires periodic cleaning. Disappointing.
User's recommendation: Yes BUT would make sure they are advised of this potential problem.
Preferred solution: A solution that does not require periodic service..
