Had no problem cashing my check, extremely responsive.... at least until the "solution" was installed.

Can only assume you guys bank on the fact that customers will not, or CANNOT, actually get on a ladder to check the installation.

We've had more water issues in the past 6 months than in the ENTIRE 45 years we've owned our home. Brand new metal roof, brand new gutters.... if LeafFilter doesn't work with THIS application? Good luck with any othet type of install.

The water runs right over the screen and wraps back towards the fascia. Literally defeats the whole purpose of gutters to begin with, much less this garbage of a product.

The screens were installed <;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;10 months ago and are already warped. Can't even handle a drizzle without rain getting between gutters and the house.

Absolutely NON-EXISTENT customer service. I've left voicemails on every mailbox that isn't FULL.

By the way, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY WHOSE CUSTOMER SERVICE VOICEMAILS ARE FULL. No response from the Regional office, our sales person, the general 800 #s provided on website...

HOWEVER, I've filled out a "Contact Me" form for an estimate on 3 separate occasions. Leaf Filter called me back within 24 hours on all 3 occasions.

Sales person will basically double the price to make it seem like he's doing a huge favor by offering 50% discount.

Had I been here when you pitched my elderly family members I would've chased you off the property.

432,000 installations and ZERO CLOGGED GUTTERS... LOLLLLL

User's recommendation: Take your hard earned money, place it in a 55-gallon drum... and burn it. At least THEN you'll be able to heat your house to get something out of the transaction.
