This review is from a real person who provided valid contact information and hasn't been caught misusing, spamming or abusing our website.
After the salesman convinced me to sign the dotted line everything went down hill. He gave me the installation date and time.
I took time off work to be there for the installation. No one showed up. 4 hours later I called and asked where the crew was. He said he just spoke with them and they are at my house doing the work.
I confirmed with him that I was at my house and no one was there. The crew showed up 2 hours after that and appeared strung out. They sat in their car for the majority of the time. It was a small project (approximately 120 ft of gutters installed) They did not complete the work after being there for 5 hours.
After still not being done with the work at 8pm on a Friday night the crew packed up and left.
They asked me what time I wanted them to arrive the next day, I told them in the morning. I received a call the next day at 12 saying they overslept and that they would be at my house at 2. No one ever showed up AGAIN. Not even a call.
So now I have an incomplete job and gutter parts scattered over my lawn. I refuse to pay for this.
User's recommendation: Choose any other company than this one.
Monetary Loss: $2421.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
