New Reviewerwater to flow over the gutters. I called customer service and was told that wasn't covered by your warranty and there would be a $75 charge to come out and inspect system.
Now I have the same problem again which means I have to get a ladder out and climb up and remove the debris again. This is not acceptable, I purchased your system so I wouldn't have to do this. I'm not sure they were installed properly, in many places the screen appear to slope towards the house.
This means the that the debris is not easily washed off by rain and continues to accumulate. I would appreciate some help with this, I'm now 75 and don't want to have to climb a ladder to my second story roof.
