1. salesman lied he.

I asked a specific question about the facia board .. I said if the facia was bad what would they do? oh they will take care of it. well the installers did not.

the said it was not in the contract. they sent another sub contractor to fix the end cap and he said the gutters were not properly aligned. So when it rains the water is running over the edge of the gutters and right down next to my foundation. their service sucks.

anther sub contractor was supposed to call over a week he called and we had a few words about the install and he said he would call back in a day or so to set a day and time, that was four days ago. I have not received a call as of 8/14 at 7:55 pm. I am sorry that I ever got mixed up with this outfit . Buyer beware.

the installers are sub contractors and they said that the salesman will tell the buyer anything to make the sale. I don't have photos, but if you want to see how it is running over the edge of the gutter call me leave a message with your phone number I will call you back the next time it rains and you can come and see for yourself.567-289-1598

User's recommendation: dont believe everything the salesman tells you. check with other gutter installers befor you sign the contract I feel like i have been bamboozled.

Monetary Loss: $282500.
