My leaffilter product buckled in the middle under the pressure of 90 degree heat for about a week. I called and they said someone will call.
Someone did call and left me a message but I called back several times and got the voicemail after a couple rings. I did leave a message but no return call. Then I got another call saying I haven't returned their call. Really?
Save your hard earned money and don't give it to leaf filter. I am going with another company. Not other systems from the same person who invented leaf filter either. Yes, I am clumping them all together.
I would have paid for a repair.
To bad. They lost my business and word of mouth is going around.
Reason of review: More than one of the above issues.
Monetary Loss: $3500.
I didn't like: Customer service and quality of product.
