Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Corporate ordered the local office to come back to my house and fix the issues they ignored on the initial install. This was done to my satisfaction and corporate has refunded 50% of my purchase price..

Leaf Filter corporate office took charge of the situation and ordered the local office to send a crew back to my house and complete the adjustments on the filters. They came back and spent several hours readjusting the pitch of the gutters for proper water flow and they also applied the silicone that they had not done the first time they were here weeks ago.

Finally, just today, they refunded me 50% of my purchase price, so I have dropped the dispute.

All my complaints and issues have been resolved in a fair manner and I commend Ms. Horvath from the corporate office for taking charge and resolving the situation.

Leaf Filter has agreed to set a date to come back and properly adjust the gutters for proper drainage flow and apply silicone, and confirm gutters are free of debris and give a partial refund. I will update when these things come to fruition.

Two Leaf Filter techs installed filters on my gutters and did not remove all the leaves, pine needles, dirt and debris from the gutters. They just left all that junk in the gutters hoping I would never notice.

They finished the job so fast, I was suspicious they hadn't cleaned the gutters. So I asked them as they were leaving, "Did you clean the gutters out?".....one of the techs responded, "Yes." After they left, I promptly removed one of the filters and found all the debris was still in the gutter. I have been asking for cancellation of the contract, removal of the filters from my home, and a full refund. So far, I've gotten nothing but the runaround from the company.

I am attaching photos I took of the gutter interior immediately after the techs left. The unfortunate thing is that I think the product itself is great, no complaints about the product...but the fact that they lied about cleaning out the gutters destroyed any trust I have or will ever have in the company.

User's recommendation: Just be aware that Leaf Filter does not actually remove debris from your gutters before installing filters. They lie to you and tell you that they did, but they don't.

Monetary Loss: $2985.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
