When the day of installation occurred . The job was only partially completed .

The installer said that he couldn’t get to one part of house so he left the gutter completely uncovered.

Today , I found a piece of leaffilter system in my front yard blown off the gutter. The work was done unsatisfactory and customer service in regards to dealing with this issue has been completely awful.

The installation of the Leaf Filter on my house was very sloppy. Now the corners are popping up and the install was not a smooth continuous surface.

Received bid from company with equal or better product which was more in line with normal market. Hired these folks and job has been completed.

Was contacted by Leaf Filter North and wanted to make different offer but told individual I did not trust them based on the first contact and would not do business with them. He acted as though I was not correct about original offer saying he had not talked to the original salesperson. I told him he would lose a lot of business if this is style of doing business. I know I look old but didn't know I looked stupid.

I have already recommended the folks that did my work to others and will continue to do so. I'm done with Leaf Filter North.

Was given spill on product and company (about 45 minutes) then quoted a price of $6400 and the when asked were given second quote of $4480 if job approved right then. When I explained I did not do business that way I was given a price of $2400 again if job approved right then otherwise we were back to the original price of $6400.

Makes you wonder what the real price should be. I am sure the product and work is good but I am equally sure the original price was super inflated.

I will continue with the scheduled quotes will decide on right system based on price and product. I will never be put in a position of making a decision in the manner I was pushed by your company or any one else.

I can only assume you did not want my business. Thanks for the education on how not to do business.

Will let BBB and others to be aware.

I have videos of how bad you gutters are. They leak in places where my old ones never did.

I paid over $7000.00 for your gutters and they are not worth a damn. Give me an E-mail where I can send my videos and you can see for your self. We had high winds here and two large rain storms. I was very disappointed in them.

They were not even close to as good as the old ones I had. Some thing has to be done about this or I will be forced to carry this matter further.

Salesman was very high pressure pushy. I did not like that.

Husband is a diabled veteran, so the price was a lot for us. But we were also concern with him climbing on the roof anymore.

Installers were very unprofressional. Husband heard them talking about rushing the job. They dropped a part that broke our window screen (and left a mark on the window). The company later denied it. The installers did not clean up after themselves. They left screws and stuff all around the house. The salesman said that these are better than other gutter cover systems, because they aren't installed under your shingles. But i have pictures that show them under the shingles. And i found a piece of shingle on the ground that they must have cut off.

When it rains, they water runs over the edge onto the deck, the garden beds (which are now flooded), and everywhere.

We called and they sent a guy out to look at it. He recaulked some downspouts that were leaking. Regarding being under the shingles, he said "it's only an inch or so". YES, But it is under it!!

He also addressed the water flowing over and said that there was debris on top of the system, and we would need to clean it off monthly. WHAT!?! The point of the system was that we didnt need to climb up there 1-2 times a year to clean gutters. Now we have to clean it every month?

We also found that the wire gutter traps were taken out of the down spouts and tossed in the bushes against the house.

We are not happy with a system we dont feel will work right and we spent so much money on it. I emailed 2 different people with pictures and my concern. But no one has replied.

I am in Tulatin Oregon, and I know you are new in the area...but I still expect help with these matters.

I want a system that works.

Yes, Unfortunately a new worker came to our home & convinced my husband we needed gutter covers. The installation was very POOR at best & the parts (Spacers)are still falling off the gutters every day!!! At $1700, I doubt this will be of help to us. The Leaf Filter company doesn't stand behind their installers to show them how to install them properly! What a waste of hard earned $$$!!! I have several discusted reviews to write, maybe we can keep some people from wasting their hard earned money like we did!

ARGH!!!!
