My hisband and I saw a demonstration of the product. We had been discussing what we could do to avoid cleaning out the gutters and began to look for a system.

Ratmond thier area sales rep came out to our home and gave us pricing.

We decided ti take advantage of the 12 minths same as cash option.

We had issues with the installtion from ththe get go. The negotiated facia work was not done and the tech installing was not aware nor prepared to do the work. He came back out to take off the gutters and then was to return to do the work. He no showed for the appointment.

We called the tech several times with no answer before calling the 1-800 service number again.

Was told tealch no longer worked fir the company. In the meantime, my huband fixed the facia and roof issues and just needed the gutters put back up and the back gutter adjusted as the pitch was causeing a waterflow issue.

After aeceral civersations qith James the Orlando regional manager we finally git anither team out to put uo the gutters and address all of our issues.

After the first rain we realized the watero erflow issue in the back was not resovled and the gutters in the front were leaking.

James called me back after i told him i was going ti ask fir a refund. Call service office again and was told the area manager qouls call me back. 2 days later he did call and begged me to give their ft lauderdale team a chance.

So i agreed.

A service man came out to evaluate and create a punch list and told me he would follow up in a week.

Surprise, there was no follow up.

I called the service nimber agin asking fir refund. Was told a regional manager would be calling me back in 24-48 hrs. I waited 5 days and bo one has called me.

I call again and was told once again James from Orlando will be calling me tomorroq between 9 and 10 am.

At this point, i just want a refund!

The issues have been going on since end of February and i still have issues with my gutters. I have been paying on the payment plan, so I am paying fir a product that does bot work as demonstrated and the work done on my gutters was not even close to satisfactory.

As of today, we have been contacted by one of the district managers and he is working with us. We have agreed to the repair of the Gutters and a 25% refund but we are not going to change the rating until we have been fully satisfied and can see that there is no excessive leaking or overflow after a hard rain.

Leaf Filter has made 3 out of 4 attempts were made to repair our Gutters and we are no longer wishing to deal with your service and just want our money back. On the 4th attempt, we were told by a sub contractor of Leaf filter that this installation was not done properly.

He took photos and was going to advise his corporate and have them contact us. We never heard from him again. You will notice water pouring everywhere in the photos.

The only way we could see this being repaired is if it is removed and complete reinstalled. This is now potentially creating more damage to our house now that the water is being more directed down then before.

We did not have this many problems with the *** gutters" we replaced these with.

A salesman arrived promptly the next day at the agreed time and delivered an informative, low key presentation, even with samples of competing products. The high quality of the LeafFilter product was obvious. Installation was done within 3 days by a two man crew. 180 feet of gutter cover was installed on our two story Victorian home in about 4 hours. LeafFilter North - No more cleaning gutters!

I have struggled with getting gutters cleaned for years. I don't own a ladder tall enough to get me where I need to be for gutter cleaning. Not to mention that I am older and getting up on tall ladders is not my thing. I had tried the wand thingy that you put on the hose but still had to get up on a ladder to do that. I hired people to do it and it was outrageous. Forget about it! Luckily saw an ad for LeafFilter while I was on line and called. Rep came out within a couple of days and the gutters were installed two days late. I found the price reasonable and I like the guarantee that your gutters will never clog. I like knowing that. Our team performed inspection and water tested with the customer present. We explained to her that both her old system and her neighbors systems were installed incorrectly. Gutters in Florida are hung under the drip edge, not over and through it like her neighbor stated and her marketing materials showed. Water test showed system pitched properly. I have contacted Customer Service and talked to managers since March 29. I can't believe how badly things have gone.

The lack of concern and downright hostility from the "managers" is shocking. No follow-up and promises continue to be broken. Only bright point was Heather who answered the Customer Service line. She was always friendly but Efran, Rod, and Ronny were disrespectful and mocking.

Ronny promised (on 4/3) a crew would come by Thursday or Friday. Waited around the house both days. No phone call and a no show from a crew. After numerous calls, no response.

My check was cashed right away even though I asked it be held until we resolved the problem. Your website and promotional materials show the gutters hung right under the roof. My front gutter and long back gutter are hung inches below the roof line.

I couldn't see how low they were until later after they left when I hauled my 70 year old body up on a ladder. I realize Leaf Filter doesn't want to spend the time and energy on re-doing or at the very least, check on this, but I will not give up on trying to get this resolved.

Two weeks ago we signed a contract to have LeafFilter install gutters at our NC home. On installation day we received a call saying they could not install our gutters because they were too high.

Why were we lead to believe there was no problem upon signing the contract only to find out that we were duped. Had we backed out of the contract we would have been penalized and required to pay 25% of the contract price but apparently you can back out with no penalty at all. To make matters worse we had to call to find out that you could not do the job. Had we not called we would not have known.

Never heard of a gutter company that cannot install gutters because they are too high. Very poor customer service with very poor reason for not installing. A $5900. Job gone because you can’t climb a ladder.

Very sad. Do not contract with this company if you have anything higher than a one story home.

The first of the problems started on day one May 7th, 2018 with the the Product Service and Installation Estimate. The Salesman James showed up in a well aged late model sedan, with no Company/Business Identifying Logo or Emblems on it which should have been the flag warning to steer clear of this Business. The Estimate had been written up and for $1790.00 for 1 replacement 60' Rain Gutter, 1 60' Length of Gutter Guard and 1 18' Length of Gutter Guard. Total Length of Gutter Guard 78'. Every Business contacted since this disaster came to be has quoted using the exact same amount and lengths of materials; 1 - 60' Length of New Rain Gutter and 78' of their type/style of Gutter Guard plus Installation with a Transferable Lifetime Warranty at no more than $900.00 for the Highest Charge Price with the Lowest Price quote at $480.00. I certainly should have done some better research, but with only an average of 1 real day off of work, time is/was not readily available and am getting tired of clogged Rain Gutters, Downspouts and Drainage Pipe soaking my basement foundation from the neighbor's tree. The day of the Estimate the Salesman stated I the home-owner did not need to be home during the Installation which was to be the following day May 8th, 2018. The installation Crew was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00 noon. They were not on time, did not call to say they were running late and at 12:25pm I had to leave to run some errands being the only day off of work I generally have. Some time well after 12:25pm the Installation Crew showed up. They installed the 18' section of Gutter Guard and that was all they did for which I was charged $791.00. they could not complete the 60' Rain Gutter Replacement nor Install the 60' Section of Gutter Guard on it because they had no electrical power available. The need for electric power was never communicated by the Salesman James or the Manager Dustin who had called him during the estimate and was the One to set up the Installation Appointment for May 8th. Without electrical power the Installation Crew left some time around 4:00pm before I returned home. 2 phone messages were left by the Manager and Installers having only done a Partial Installation of the Contracted Work. I could not get through on either phone number so I called the West Chester, Ohio Office and spoke to Customer Service who had said they would have the Manager contact me. The Manager never contacted me and only did so late the following day May 9th after I'd contacted James the Salesman. Dustin called and said the Installers would be back and finish up the job on either May 10th or 11th since I'd turned on an outside Electrical Power Outlet. This never happened, no-one showed up or called. May 23rd, Dustin called and left a message stating the Installers were going to return and finish up the Installation on the 24th and if I had any questions to call him. I had no questions, therefore did not call. The 24th came and went, No-Call, No-Show Installation Crew or Information from the Manager. Memorial Day Weekend came and went and on May 29th, I called LeafFilter Customer Service to Cancel the Rest of the Failed Installation for Breach of Contract and told the Customer Service Rep to Bill me for the 18' Section of Gutter Guard not thinking that an 18' Section of Gutter Guard was going to cost me $791.00!!! The Aforementioned Other Gutter Guard Contractors all basically stated the same facts; that the 18' Section of Gutter Guard itself which is Faulty Installed costs no more than $40-65.00 and Installation Charges for that 18' do/would not cost no more than $100.00 max price being it's only an 18' Section.

That 18' Section of Gutter Guard is Improperly Installed and has the Metal Edge Drip Panel under the Newly Installed Roof (Oct/2017) peeled up, out and away from the Roof Edge-Line Frame Work thus exposing the underside of the Roofing Material to Rain Water Moisture, Snow and Ice Build-up from Winter Weather to eventually get up under the roofing and damage not only my roof but the inside ceiling and walls of my home. Also the Southwest Corner of the Drip Panel is opened up and allowing Wind and Rain to Penetrate

up under that corner of my roof. The weather comes in from the Southwest side of my home being located in the Ohio River Valley area. Also the Leading Bottom Edge of the Roofing Material is Up-Turned which in time will cause the Roofing Material to Separate from Metal Drip Edge which will also Cause Significant Damage to my Roof and Home Structure. Numerous phone calls per phone records have been made to this Business and still no resolution. The BBB has been contacted and has intervened and has temporarily closed the case being a Corporate Manager had contacted me but as of today July 16th, 2018 still no resolution has been made and the BBB is ready to "Reopen the Case" if this matter goes on unresolved. This Business States in It's Advertising Claims that they respect both Military Personnel/Veterans and Seniors, this is a Fraudulent Statement Fact. Being a Disabled Military Veteran and Senior, what sort of Business would operate in this "Major Unsatisfactory Nature and Capacity" to include "Over-Charging Anyone $791.00 for an 18' Section of Faulty Installed Gutter Guard?" Answer: "No Reputable Business with True Business Ethics and Integrity which LeafFilter has proven It Does Not Possess."

Had new gutters and Leaf Filter installed on Thursday Apr. 12.

I was impressed with the quality of the materials. My contract said the installers would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. When 11 o'clock rolled around I called the company but got switched to customer service who said the installation manager would investigate and call me back. No one called.

The installers finally arrived at 11:30; no big deal.

I have a second story roof that had no gutters and drained directly onto my first story roof. So, I purchased new gutters and filter. Towards the end of the installation, one of the installers said they did not have enough elbows and needed to go to a home improvement center to purchase them. Rather than make them move their truck and trailer I drove him just a couple of miles to our local ACE hardware store.

The downspouts installed from the second story gutters emptied onto the roof rather than being run into the first story gutters. The installer said he did not have additional material. It rained today (Apr.14).

As I expected, the water from the second story over ran the first story gutters. That was not the installation practice I saw in the sales material
