Over priced.Estimate only included a dollar figure; no drawing or outline showing where the gutters would be placed, details about the quote and how he got to that number, etc.

was given. Salesman said that we needed to sign an agreement to "lock in" the rock bottom price but that it was not binding in any way and that he would just tear it up if we changed our minds. Yet in the fine print at the bottom which we read after he left it says that this was a contract and if you don't mail a letter of cancellation within 3 days of the agreement date then you would owe 25%. Shady tactics.

We got an estimate the next day that was $700 less from a company that left us with what you'd expect an estimate would include: the details.
