After received the initial estimate, my sales rep kept calling and calling. I finally let him back out and he said he would discount the price.

Not only did the initial contract change, the discount price was not what we discussed and I didn't even get the leaf filter I was suppose to get with the original contract.

At least they could have told me that, had they I could have had another company install the exact same gutter for the "discount" price" I was told. Had to leave a good review when you've been lied to,

On 10/30/2019 I had a salesman come out and give me a quote. While the gutter system is the highest priced filter system, I was wlling to use them because as a 69 year old widow, I don't want to deal with cleaning gutters.

I explained to the salesman I would NOT be able to finance them at this time. He had offered me 5 years no interest. I explained I would do it in 5 or 6 months. He said no problem.

He then offered me 18 months no payment that would be converted at that time to the 5 years no interest. When I got the letter from the finance company, there was no option to convert it to 5 years no interest. Greensky Finance said if Leaf filter would call them they could change the 18 months no payment to the 5 years no interest. I have caled Leaf Filter many times and NEVER get a call back.

Paying a $6300.00 bill in 18 months puts me in a terrible financial position. If I don't pay it in that time, I will be charged 29% from day one.

Worked for them for months and had signed contracts for about $75,000 - didn't get paid on 95% of them and then they blocked my number. Out over $5,000 in gas and maintenance as well as more than 12 hour days on some!

Requested to cancel my order - LeafFilter North

I went to the 4702-20th Street Fife, WA office to give my written request to cancel my contract. Requested the office person to sigh and date that he had received my request so I would be within your time limit so I would not have to pay your late cancellation fee.

First off The office person signature was so bad, you have no way of telling who signed, and he looked at the contract I returned with my request to cancel and dated my request so I would have to pay your late cancellation fee. I went back to get it corrected with todays date and have him print his name so I can tell who he was. He got very mad, told me to get out of his office and looked like he wanted to hit me but I would leave until he corrected the date on my cancellation request.

then he correct the date but scribbled all over my paper like a child and I still did not get his name but I left because he looked like he was going to hit me and that I did not want so this is why I am sending this complain to you. Christina Dewey 09/16/2019

78 linear feet of gutter plus 4 downspouts and we were charged $5,800. Not having paid for gutters, I trusted that the price Scott Griggs (Iowa Regional Sales Manager) gave me was an honest price.

I discussed with him that I'm a disabled veteran and a new father, so I assumed that he wouldn't scam me. Not even an hour after, I excitedly went to see how well the gutters worked for others only to find terrible reviews and that our estimate was WAY ABOVE what others had paid.

I'm extremely upset that I was taken advantage of and I will be calling my bank to void my check. Shame on you Leaffilter!!

Your sales person is excellent. and explained everything thoroughly. He made it a clear choice over your competitor. The installation was to take place on the following Wednesday or Thursday, but we got a call from your company saying that the installer was in the area on the Saturday before. So we were pleasantly surprised, and had our leaf filter installed early. Your installer was very thorough and the installation was handled very well and finished quickly. So far, it has worked out very well for us, and it is a relief not to have to be climbing up ladders and onto the roof to clean our gutters. I highly recommend your company for the prompt service, and the courteous way your employees have treated us.

Had LeafFilter gutter company come out to show us their gutter leaf guard system. While showing us their gutter promo the salesman dropped pieces of Kleenex across his leaf guard system to demonstrate what the system can do, however he learned that Kleenex sticks to the LeafFilter which he claimed nothing would stick.

He then allowed the Kleenex to go down my sink. Within a couple of days my sewage lines in the basement was backing up and fully clogged. It cost me $299.00 to have RotoRooter to remove it, and they even wrote down the cause of the trouble as Kleenex.

After contacting LeafFilter they took all my info and talked down on me as if it wasn't their fault and i have heard nothing from them since. May The Good LORD make this right, cause they do not care.
