On Tuesday of this week we had your system installed. On Thursday morning we woke up to water dripping from ceiling onto bathroom floor.

Called customer service and was advised that they could not get someone out for 2 weeks. Told them that was unacceptable because this leak was in the bathroom being used by 94 year mother which is not steady on her feet and was a potential hazard for her. After calling back and speaking to service manager was told it sounded to him to be a roof problem without physically seeing the home! We explained that we had no leak issues prior to installation.

We had over 6 inches of rain the week prior with no issues. I called our salesman to see if he could escalate this situation. I was advised by him a service manager will be out within two hours. I cancelled an appointment to make sure there was someone home when he came.

We never saw or heard from him! Left text with salesman to advise. No response.

Today i called salesman first thing and asked him to please follow up or at least give me name and direct phone of someone with authority. No response.
