I've had two appointments to fix a leak due to what appears to me to be a slope issue. In both cases the technician failed to show up w/ no contact about being late.

The first time I was told that he went home sick and the repair was rescheduled for last Friday, June 19th. When no one showed up I called the local office to see if there was an update, was told the manager was out of the office. Several hours later I received a call telling me that the installer was in another town and couldn't be reached but that he might stop on his way home. Then I was told that he should have stopped on his way there.

I haven't heard anything since &; I've gotten no response from support@***.com. I recommend finding an independent installer.

User's recommendation: Find an independent installer.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
