Right now we are very disappointed with LeafFilter. We paid over $7,000.00 to have them installed on our one story house.

The installation was done on June 19, 2020. The sales person sold us a 16 foot piece of gutter that he said was plastic but the installer said why are you replacing this it is metal. The sales person said they would replace the hangers if needed with their hangers which he gave to me and said try to bend that and I couldn't so good quality. He told us they would adjust all the gutters so the water would run out of them and he also said they would seal all seams so they wouldn't leak.

They didn't replace the hangers on the garage instead they just tucked the filter under the shingles leaving a space for leaves and pine needles to enter on the end and lifting up our shingle for rain damage. 4 hours after it rains we sit outside and one of the gutters drips at the seam, they never sealed the seams which tells me water is not draining but is standing in the gutter. The gutter on the side of the workshop is sticking up in two places, they never hooked them in. Where they didn't replace the hangers on the garage it looks like a roller coaster.

Wife called them and they said they would be out today between 1:00 and 5:00 to fix everything it is now 2:30 now and nobody has shown up and I have to go to the doctor at 3:00 P.M. For over $7,000.00 we are not happy with your company or your people and right now we would not recommend them to any of our neighbors. Not done right, leaking, sold us a piece we didn't need, two months and they have still not come out to fix everything they messed up. Giving a 1 star rating is the best I can do and that is even questionable.

Make that half a star rating. The guy they sent out by himself was on the *** of a heat stroke working in the heat by himself and we had to pump him with Gator aid and pop-cycles. Then another guy came out to finish the job and he didn't even get the one gutter on the workshop done right as it is sticking up in two places and not hooked in. They don't show up today we will get a hold of the BBB to report your company as a company to not do business with.

Joseph S Tinta 63 Evergreen Circle Myrtle Beach S.C. 29575 4**-**7-3161 My wife has called 3 times the last time was July 30th and the service ticket number is STA07314-2 Josh who she talked to said they would be out on August 19th between 1:00 and 5:00. July 31st the sub contracting company that installed them called and said he could be out to do them on August 1st and nobody showed up.

Larry Rabon owner of Professional Seamless Gutters He did show up on July 16th to see what was wrong and said he would be out the following week to fix everything, he never showed up. You may have a great product but you do not know how to hire people as salespeople or vet your sub contractors.

User's recommendation: Don't trust them they lie and won't return phone calls.

Preferred solution: Two months since the instalation was screwed up and still not fixed. .
