Details

Salesman inspected metal roof layout and declared that install would be no problem at all. He said they had a "lego" system to compensate when there was not the traditional support system for the filters.

Installer knew nothing about any "lego" system and did the install the best he could. Not surprisingly, the filters are buckling and uneven. Installer came back and just ran a bunch more screws, very unevenly spaced, to try and eliminate the buckling, which did not work. Now I have an aesthetically unpleasing, unprofessional looking leaf filter system that is unacceptable for the money paid.

Customer service told me everything was according to spec and refused any further resolution. BBB has been notified and going through their process.

Also, will be consulting lawyer for full refund as soon as BBB process is complete because everyone knows that Leaf Filter will not stand behind their product as noted by many other consumers. Stay away from this company at all costs!

Monetary Loss: $1677.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
