I bought leaft filter in 2017 it has not worked correctly for more than a month. First I was told it was not a gutter issue it was that the attached roof was damaged causing the system to fail.

I replaced the roof and still had issues with water pouring right over the gutters. The gutters themselves have water stains where the water runs off them. Then I was told that it was a maintenance issue. I was told I needed to get on the roof 5 to six times a year to brush off the gutter covers and clear any moss or particulates.

I have had to do this every 3 months so after the dry summer and the last cleaning in july it starts to rain and the gutter overflows both front and back. I call again the guy shows up today. And tells me the issue is the roof! This is thier idea of a lifetime never get on your roof again warranty.

DO NOT Buy this product. It would have been cheaper to pay someone to get on my roof twice a year for the next 20 years than what I have paid for this system that requires me now to get on the roof many times a year to keep from water damaging my home.

User's recommendation: Do not buy this product.just have someone clean your gutters twice a year it cheaper and works better.

Monetary Loss: $9000.

Preferred solution: Fix my gutters so they don't overflow the screens at the slightest rain or full refund.
