Why leaf filter managers do not return calls?I had leaf filter installed in September 2019. Before this product was installed I didn't have any problems.

Rain water overflows all around the house, causing dampness in my basement as well there are visible 2 cracks in foundation and damage to my landscaping. I addressed this issue so many times and asking to remove this product. No one wants to acknowledge that the problem exist. Instead each time they pitch another product.

One of the managers is Tim B*** who tried to sway me to another product.. I declined, and sent him pictures and videos. Since that time I places multiple calls, left voice mail, email and none were returned. He even blocked my number.

Is this a common practice in this company? I find this very rude, unprofessional and unacceptable.

will leaflitter keep Iguanas from getting on my roof.

Iguanas are eating my pool solar panels I believe they are going after the dew I need to know if leaflitters will help keep them off the roof

What can you use to clean sap from the leaf filter screens?We have several trees that leave a lot of sap on our filter screens. I think the small mesh screen doesn't allow enough water to wash the sap away. We have had a couple of areas that the company used a larger opening screen and that seems to work better.

Do LeafFilters need to be removed before a new roof is installed?I started to get estimates for new shingles on my roof and was told by the first contractor that the LeafFilters would need to be removed, then reinstalled after the roofing was complete. He also said that LeafFilter needed to do the work.

Is this true? What is the charge, if any?

Why after 6 years of standing behind your product, does LeafFilter want to charge me to make their product work properly?I bought the LeafFilter system in 2014 so I wouldn't have to shimmy down the end of my roof to clean my gutters or use a 16' extension ladder. We have maple trees in our yard and every spring they drop their pods.

Once the LeafFilter was installed, the maple pods no longer went into the gutter itself, but sat on top of the filter, preventing the gutters from doing their job. Since the LeafFilter product is guaranteed, in May 2015 I called LeafFilter to have the maple pods removed from the LeafFilter, and the company complied. I was given a business card with the phone number at the time. Every year since then, the situation has been the same...till this year.

When I called this year I was told there is going to be a charge of $95 for the service. When I asked why and explained the situation I was told someone from the local office would call me back. I spoke with the service manager (Louie) and he basically told me, it is what it is. I reiterated and told him i was going to call corporate, he told me they would just forward the message to him.

It's exactly what happened. I spoke with 4 different people May 18th and they either tried to pacify/patronize me or tell me they are going to charge me for the service. On several occasions I said if I knew I was going to have to pay somebody yearly to clean my gutters, or clean them myself, I never would have invested in the LeafFilter product. Nobody I spoke with was willing to address this concept.

One of the people I spoke with actually told me that I haven't given the wind enough of a chance to blow the maple pods of the screens. Luckily we haven't had too much rain because one year the maple pods actually took root in the LeafFilter. I imagine it will happen again if left unattended. The other thing that could possibly happen is that my roof will get damaged by the soggy maple pods.

The gentleman (Victor) I spoke with this morning tried to justify the cost by asking how much I would have to pay to get me gutters cleaned. I told him I have no idea because I always cleaned them myself. Then he asked how long it took me; like that makes a difference.

The bottom line is that LeafFiler stood behind their product for 6 years, but now doesn't want to. If they aren't willing to, then their advertising is apparently misleading, and I will be back on the roof or ladder doing the their product will not, and risking my well being.

Need service.

Most corners where splash guards installed are leaking... thinking they were not sealed.

Also, water pouring over splash guard on patio which is flooding patio. Called customer service line several days in a row to open a service ticket but get a repeating message ...

no one answers the phone... maybe line is not functioning correctly
