Don't do it! Several phone calls and visits to/from this sham of a company failed to resolve our ice problem.

If you live in a climate where you get snow/ice, this system does not work. They are very good at "passing the buck" with every different person saying this was the first they had heard of our problem. And they all have the same way of side-stepping and avoiding the issue. Their guarantee is worthless.

We are contacting an attorney today. VP told us yesterday that we don't have a problem.

He would have someone come and uninstall our system, but he "will not refund one dime." This was an approximately $5,000 job. Any one in on a class action lawsuit?

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $4000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

LeafFilter North Cons: Worthless warantee, Bad service, Rude customer service after sale, Product not as promised.

We were advised, as well to start a class action suit but don't know how. So we've hired an attorney and already got a pitiful settlement offer which we're declining.

Our attorny told us he can get us more but we'll probably have a better chance of getting a full refund plus court coasts if we file in our local district court which we're doing. This company is shameful in every RESPECT.
