Called to have corner repaired as water overflowed onto deck. Waited three weeks for service man to arrive WITHOUT A LADDER!

What? Another appointment was made for the following week from 8-12. NO SHOW! NO CALL.

NO FIX! Was told after 6 phone calls from me that I was scheduled for the following day!

Was I supposed to know this from a crystal ball? THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

User's recommendation: Gutters are good. Just do not have an after the fact issue!

Filters are falling in gutter due to the lack of hidden supports. I called and a tech came out but did not have 6" brackets to repair.

He made a repair to the 5' on the front of the house and made it worst. Called back scheduled another appointment, took a vacation day to be there. Never showed up! Called back, said the repair had been made, NOT!

Scheduled again for July 29th, showed up on July 27th when I was not here. Yet again, same sorry tech made it worst and neglected to fix the 5' problem and the leaky end cap. Called back today and said they would reschedule for the 4th time!

Every time you call 800-749-**** you are on hold for 30 plus minutes. Poor customer service!

Leafs and pine straw are hanging on the edge of my gutters. Upon inspection of the install I found a lot of the screws that are holding the filter in place were screwed in at a angle that left some of the heads sticking up where things can catch and hold them untill the wind blows them off

Sales dept were great and installer did a great job. Trying to get a hold of someone to come out and fix something is another story.

After leaving a bad review and several messages someone finally called me back on the weekend to schedule a repair date 2 weeks out. Well that was yesterday and no show no call.

Trying to get a hold of them again and no luck. Leave messages is all you can do.

User's recommendation: Hope it gets done right the first time. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone.

LeafFilter North - Need local installer to call me to repair storm damaged Leaf Filter section.

I've called customer service four times in two weeks, requesting that an installer in Northern VA call me about repairing a storm damaged section of my Leaf Filter installation. I have not heard from the installer or anyone at Leaf Filter.

This should not be difficult! I am happy with the product. I want to PAY MONEY to have a damaged section repaired. If the installer won't call me, just send me the replacement parts and I will do it myself.

See the attached picture. The screen covering was ripped off of two sections and one section is chipped.

Wonderful Experience all the way around!

Everyone that I had contact with from the company was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. The phone operator Laverne was wonderful. Scott did a great job explaining the product and answering any questions or concerns. I was hesitant to spend $3,200 but in the end I got a premium product, excellent installation down to the last detail and the peace of mind knowing that I have a LIFETIME warranty against any clogs! I got some discounts including one for signing a contract and scheduling the work immediately, which was great for me- I wanted to get them installed very soon and it was the next day! I am so happy that I made the decision to contact Leaf Filter! If you need new gutters, call Scott Logan at Leaf Filter and don't wait!

I was very pleased with the knowledge and presentation of the salesperson on the Leaf Filter concept, design and function.

He was thorough and concise on his presentation and was willing and capable of answering all of my questions.

I liked and decided to take advantage the opportunity to charge the cost to a Wells Fargo credit card interest free over 48 months.

The installer was excellent and a very hard and thorough worker. He started the installation about 9:00am and finished around 8:30 pm with few breaks on an extremely hot and humid day.

The cost of the Leaf Filter protection system is "pricy" but so far I am very pleased with how effective they are and appreciate not having to climb the ladder to clean my gutters!

The sales representative from Leaf Filter just left my house a few hours ago. I had expressed interest in the product and receiving a quotation at our local county fair and received a discount coupon. Because of the coupon amount, I was not expecting the estimate to be cheap; however, this is my home and I don't want "cheap". I have been considering some type of leaf/debris system for my gutters for a few years, and I have done research as well as polling co-workers for their experiences with gutter protection systems.

The salesman was on time and courteous. He did talk about other guard systems and was equitable in mentioning positives as well as negatives of competitors' systems. I asked him about replacing my gutters because they leak from the seams and are slightly bent in some places. He could have easily taken my question and padded the potential sale; however, he stated there was no reason they could not seal the gutters and take care of those issues without incurring the cost of gutter replacement (sealing gutters is something they do as part of the Leaf Filter installation not an additional charge).

The salesman made special notation regarding my color choice. Currently, my gutters are white; however, I am having my house painted in the near future and beige is my chosen accent color. He wanted to make sure there was no mistake in this regard.

The salesman did offer a special discount for summer installation rather than waiting until fall, though not the unrealistic thousands of dollars I've read in some of the posts on this site. The starting price was reasonable for a quality product that will protect my home from water damage. But, like any product or service, prices are always negotiable.

Installation is tomorrow, during the day, and the salesman stressed the importance of my being here to inspect the installation. I will let you know how it goes. So far, I am satisfied with the representatives of this company.

Good advice for any home improvement project. Unless it's emergency repairs, wait the allowed number of days before the installation. Of course companies want to install and get PAID asap.
