The sales person (Shawn Hamilton) from the Springfield Mo office came to our home and gave us the sales pitch. We liked the product, and he told us everything the installer would do to the gutters when he installed the guard.

The installer did not do everything listed in the contract and acted shocked when asked why he wasn't doing those things. We financed the project through Wells Fargo. The salesman told us the interest rate but when the actual agreement came to us through email from Wells Fargo the rate was double. By this time our contract was signed and the Leaf filter had been installed.

Our payment will now be much higher than we had planned.

We are extremely unhappy. We called the salesman, and he has not been any help.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
