The worst job ever when I first spoke to Joel which was around two weeks before October 30 he made it seem like this company was the best. I trusted Joel.
On October 30th they were going to install the gutters waited all day never came I call the company first person said he couldn't make it because he was sick but the following Sunday it will be done well the guy shows up saying his partner was sick but that he had another helper his girlfriend little I know this girl had never done this before. They installed the gutters horribly because next day It rained and the Rain was going right through the gutters I am formed Joel I even sent pictures he said *** call corporate OK, Joel said they would send the back to fix the gutters well on the following Sunday. The same guy called saying he wasnt able to come I called the company and told them I did not want the same person but the following Sunday they sent the same guy. Now its iNovember 21 he takes the gutters out and he replaced the gutters again now Know ruined the drippage of the roof Mind you this is a brand new roof on my house, and still the problem is not fixed I kept telling them not to send out the same guy they keep sending me the same guy doing the same lousy job I am so upset they cash the check and still no one from corporate office has even called.
I should have read the reviews before saying yes because its clear this is the normal for Leaf gutters. Eddie said that the same guy who installed them has to fix it how many times is he going to come back to fix it and its still not do the job right and me a single mom have to pay for work that their employee is not doing correctly I should've gone with Lowes It was only $200 more.
User's recommendation: I would never recommend this company so that my friends can go through what I went through no way.
