I had a salesman come out and show me all their products and associated costs. At no time did they tell me there was an option to get only the gutters without the micro screen cover.

A price was set and I signed up to get gutters installed on the back of my home.

The person that installed the gutters did a good job and told me that another crew would be out in the next day or two to install the cover. However, thats where it all stopped. Nobody ever came. I called several times and was finally told that my contract didnt call for the micro screen cover.

When I told them I was never told I was being sold gutters only, without the cover the just told me the covers were not listed on the sales slip.

I told them I wasnt told it was an option to get gutters without covers. They said the contract doesnt include the covers so Im not getting covers.

Buyer beware...

User's recommendation: Buyer beware, make sure contract includes the covers in writing.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
