So when contacting this company they get 10/10 for reaching out and coming to give you an estimate. The sales associate that showed me the SYSTEM (which was exactly I was looking for but didn't get that).

Was informative and impressed with the company. HOWEVER, myself and my family (which was at the presentation) were all under the impression we were going to get a new gutter system with the price that they gave us. Keep in mind I have about 50 ft of gutters along the back of my home which is nothing. The estimate was $1500 which a normal person would assume they would get new gutters with the filter case that's what we asked for.

The sales associate even asked me what color would I need it and we said bronze. To come to a conclusion of this long story, I was at work and my mother handled the installers and when she inspected their work she asked where are the new gutters? Which the installers then called their manager and my mother was told I would receive a call from a manager which I have yet to get. Tried reaching out to the salesman and no response.

I can't imagine someone charging 1500 for a filter.... WE were all under the impression that would come with the new gutters.

The lack of courteousness on the counterpart of the salesman and manager is beyond me. PLEASE be AWARE of what youre getting.

Preferred solution: Remove installation and complete separation .
