They told me they'd install the product on a certain day, at a certain time. My wife got home before the appointed time only to discover the install had already arrived and left, supposedly installing the product.
They then wanted to stop by on another day to pick up a check. I ended up calling them to mail a check to them. Calling the 800 number on their literature led to a disinterested gentleman on the other end who didn't want to take a payment, but instead directed me to call my sales guy. The sales guy gave me an address to mail a check to and said they'd send me a receipt and paperwork for my records of the job being done and me paying.
Of course they never sent either. Haven't really had a chance to see how the filters work in a rain as we're in a drought.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: send me my install paperwork and a receipt for my payment.
