I met with the Leaf Filter sales rep today (3/11/2020) for the "no obligation" estimate. I signed the agreement to "hold" a special lower price until I discussed the overall price and product with my spouse (since the agreement states that "the buyer may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this letter").

The agreement also indicates "See the attached notice of cancellation form for an explanation of this right". Please note that the sales rep did NOT provide any such attached form (all I have is a copy of the agreement itself). I contacted the Main and Customer Service numbers today (1-80*-290-**** and 1-80*-749-****), as well as the official Facebook page, to indicate that I want to cancel this agreement immediately. The customer rep at the main # indicated that I would hear from a manager regarding a form that might have to be completed today for the cancellation, while the customer service agent at the 4566 # confirmed that she cancelled the agreement for me.

I requested to her that I need to receive

email *documentation* that the agreement is indeed cancelled. I have NOT received any such documentation and I need this ASAP.
